Join us on November 12 as a Gala volunteer! You will be an integral part in the setup and execution of the gala. There are roles for each part of the day from morning to evening. The online form has each opportunity listed. Please check which shift and opportunity that interests you. A minimum of 55 volunteers are needed so bring a friend and/or family member! This is a great way to experience gala, meet new people, and learn more about HRC.
Morning/Day shift
Silent Auction Room set up (9am - 1pm) - Put together items and displays
Event Room set up (12 pm - 3pm) - Getting tables ready (flower arrangements, candle votives, other HRC info.)
Evening shift (3pm - 11pm)
Silent Auction - Assist guests with bidding and checking out at the end
Registration Table - Welcome and Check-In guests
Guides - Help direct and answer general questions
Swing - Help HRC staff, collect forms during Fed Club pitch, help with spontaneous needs
