HRC’s Athletes for Equality are committed to taking a personal stance in the name of equality. Whether LGBT or straight allies, our Athletes share our beliefs about the injustices LGBT Americans face and possess a willingness to push themselves physically to bring forth change.
Our Athletes take on their own challenge each time they sign up. Through their commitment to an endurance event, either on one of our Teams or in an event of their choosing, they not only train their bodies to be stronger and faster but they commit to raise critical funds for our work. Each and every day they spread a message of fairness as Americans for LGBT equality.
